He now weighs 10 lbs 14 oz. The bad news: that was hard!
We're home now, and both a bit shell-shocked from seeing Jackson
experience his first real pain. Doctor Bacchus explained the
vaccinations to us, and after some deliberation we opted to do all
six. One needle contained three, then two more needles and an oral
vaccine. Jackson handled it like a trooper. He was such a good boy
throughout, happy and easily letting Dr. B examine him. But oh, that
red little face crying out from a needle--three, actually--to the
thigh was heartbreaking! Mama and Papa no like.
